The revolutionary apparition of Internet of Things have has impact on all aspects of life and still it continues being a paradigm to improve technologies based at the Internet. With the apparition of climate changes, structure deterioration and nature events, the so-called skyscrapers located at coast cities for example might be demanding an accurate surveillance. Thus, the knowledge of building dynamics still manifested in silent, would provide security in residents as to avoid disasters that would emerge in an expected manner. This paper proposes a type of accurate surveillance through the usage of Internet of Things. In essence, based at the continues measurement of sink and tilt, geometries of these events interpreted as situation of risk, are formulated. In this way, the Internet of Things emerges as a channel that allows occupants of skyscrapers to know the risk as to the apparition of possible geometric movements against the stability of building. Simulations are presented.
