If the Albumin Excretion Rate (AER) might be measured through advanced techniques belonging to Internet of Bionano Things (IBNT) then it is also possible to measure the level of entropy. As known at the literature, it is desired a low entropy, however at the high values it is presumable to observe a silent beginning of renal disease, particularly in those patients that have presented an early diagnosis of Type-II diabetes. In this paper, a theoretical investigation is done by using electrodynamics under the assumption that glucose pushed out albumin through the Bowman's capsule. Thus, whereas the IBNT can measure AER, the corresponding entropy can tells us to some extent the degree of damage of kidneys as to process efficiently blood. From simulations, peaks of damage are found and related to a high level of renal disease.
