Since Calcium 2+ ions are expected to play a role as to sustain the desired homeostasis in cells, therefore the signaling of them constitutes a relevant aspect to optimize an efficient treatment of cells in a framework of nanomedicine. Therefore, in this paper the formalism of the Bennett-Brassard 1984 or BB84 protocol to model Calcium signaling is presented. The aim of this theoretical formulation is to improve proteins dynamics such as to optimize the energy resource to minimize wrong alteration of protein conformation in the electric level. The BB84 protocol is characterized by the pass of information through the implementation of a robust mathematical scheme based mainly at the usage of orthogonal basis. This formalism is a consequence of the inherent usage of Quantum Mechanics principles. In this study the integer-order Bessel functions as orthogonal basis are employed to carry out explicit calculations of Calcium-Protein interaction. Scenarios of present proposal, are presented.
