Because the apparition of seismic events, extreme climate conditions (hurricane, tornado, etc) and aging of materials, it is expected a latent risk as to the fall of tall buildings. Thus, it is demanded novel technologies to anticipate the consequences of rare events that would end at destruction and fatalities. This paper, goes through that direction in the sense that is proposed a dedicate and portable Internet network consisting essentially in a code that works together to a minimal hardware constituting the called Internet of tall buildings surveillance whose end is the prevention of disasters that can be caused by nature in an unpredictable manner. While the software employs equations derived from physics, the hardware is mainly a pair of sensors that can be calibrated on-line. Some examples are illustrated emphasizing the randomness of sinking and tilt of tall buildings.
