In this paper, the fundamentals of a prospective Internet that aims to collect electric charge of virions at streets is presented. The purpose of this paper is twofold: (i) In one hand to demonstrate the capability of sensors that can be able to detect and identify at the shortest periods of time, the volume of virus in certain public zone. While the wind velocity might vary the detection of virus in air, the proposal of hardware is basically centered in an architecture composed by a layer of Polymerase chain reaction. In some circumstances this would be improved to attract the negative charge of virus so that this pass through micro wires to a layer aimed to discriminate the noise. Thus, the quantity of collected charge would create pulses whose number is approximate to a concrete value of volume of virus. Thus, this information is uploaded to the network in order to calibrate the best intensities to be radiated at the area of detector.
