Abstract
The hours of laboratory of courses of physics, is a must at the processes of learning of future engineer because it corroborates the theory mainly based at equations, as well as it provides confidence at the students that will cross with topics of hardware that demands a deeply understanding of physics laws. In this paper, it is presented a simple methodology that targets to demonstrate that still at the basic level of physics, it is possible to examinate potential sources of bioelectrical sources inside the framework of green technologies. In this manner, it is argued that basic physics at the undergraduate level can be seen as an interesting window to propose noteworthy technologies encompassing pedagogically sustainable as well as being a motivational experience for subsequent years of program. The paper focuses on experiences at 2021-2 by which electrical properties derived from potato peel is shown to be encompassing the ones of electrical devices so that it might be part of the so-called bioelectrical circuits os enormous interest in the prospective green scenarios.
